Since this episode aired June 2019, silver was $14.66. Today $33.59. One of these busts sold fo $3,500 in 2022 at Bradford's Auction Gallery. One sold THIS MONTH (May 2025) for $2,500 on BidSquare.
So not a great deal at all.

Depending on when in 2020 he traded for that silver that guy could have just about doubled that $24k inside of 6 months. They were talking about how silver was way down but there was a huge silver spike a few months later ๐. So Chum basically paid $48k for a statue that their expert valued at $35k
