  1. Correction: Lucas made almost nothing off Kenner Star Wars Toys. He got 5 cents on every dollar (and only $10k a year to renew the license "in perpetuity"). It was a horrible deal. But he did get exceedingly wealthy off general merchandising rights overall.

  2. Have a buddy who's mom bought him doubles of everything as a kid all boxed. She knew how much it would be worth some day. He has everything you can image. Original Star wars crap

  3. There is no way I would sell a collection of anything that took my whole life to accumulate. Even of that was the value. I'm a comic book guy with over 800 bronze and silver age books. Not many super expensive books. My books range from about $6 to $45 . I wouldn't ever sell them. I collect them because I love having them.
