In many states and countries it is actually illegal for museum workers, administrators or experts to give price estimates as it is illegal for museums to trade items for cash. They can autenticate items and all of that like MHP does, but it is actually illegal for them to price museum items even if they are not actually taking them. Now, I don't know if this is case in Nevada or it is just Mark's style, but that is how it is generally.
