  1. I started learning guitar when I was almost 40. I'm not Jimi Hendrix, If you can get past the first three months of building callouses and eventually learning bar chords, you'll do just fine. I can play quite a few campfire sing along songs and was able to play them in the first six months. Not with a ton of practice but just with consistency. A teacher in person helps. Also some Martin lights strings will help your finger. Spring for at least a 300 dollar acoustic. The 180 dollar Yamaha I had was even tough on my teacher's hands. haha I ended up springing for a 500 dollar AI M Yamaha dreadnaught as my sixth month reward of playing and singing and I still love that guitar. The Strat I got was way easier on my fingers of course. I even play for my students since I'm a history teacher.

  2. Man Corey, Metallica memorabilia goes a little way up for how many reasons but main one Burton long gone and thats obvious makes it very valuable , Steve that dude know the drill, for sure he would pay what she deserves.
