The thing about Hussein was that after they took him out it caused a power vacuum that led to worse groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS coming to power, he's the one who kept those groups at bay, it would have been bad outcome whether he stayed in power or not
The neck was badly warped. If the truss rod adjustment is maxxed out, the guitar is merely furniture. The gears in the original machine heads are likely worn out and no longer easy to tune. And with somebody elses name etched in, no sane professional would pay more than $5,000 as the repair needed is extensive.
