I just don’t understand the whole appendix thing it protrudes more than an outside the waistband and you know what to get to grand Master how many people do you know that have made it to Grand Master carrying inside the waistband, not they got there and then they started inside the waistband I mean they made it carry inside the waistband from beginning to grandmaster just inside the waistband there’s definitely a speed issue that I don’t know if it can be overcome to get to be that fast good luck to you.
