The Pawn Stars Shop is Quietly Being Demolished in 2026, Fans Are STUNNED!

The Gold & Silver Pawn Shop survived bankruptcy, family lawsuits, felony charges, and the death of the Old Man himself. For fifteen years, it was the most watched pawn shop on earth. But in 2026, fans started noticing something strange. Construction equipment appeared outside. Barriers went up along Las Vegas Boulevard. Corey left the country. His net worth dropped from four million to ten thousand dollars. Rick’s own mother sued him over missing money. And the show that once pulled seven million viewers an episode went quiet. So when rumors spread that the shop was being torn down, people believed it. The truth is more complicated than anyone expected.

  1. People must understand Pawnshops are a bussines and they must make a profit .So if you want to get a fair price for your collectable things do,nt sell them to a pawn shop sell them on ebay or to private party.

  2. I place pawn shop owners and personal injury attorneys in the same category: shysters. Just because they dress it up in glitzy shops, reality shows. three-piece suits and pledges to devote themselves to winning justice for their clients to give the grift some form of respectability, they're all out to maximize profit at someone's expense. Small wonder that a portion of the nation chose the grifter maximus to lead the nation; it seems we're just plums ripe for the picking.

  3. There’s a lot of buzz going around about the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop — the famous spot from Pawn Stars.
People online are saying the building might be getting torn down, and the rumor mill is running wild. Nothing official has been announced, but the amount of talk popping up has definitely grabbed attention.

Some fans think it’s connected to changes happening on Las Vegas Blvd. Others think it’s just another internet rumor that blew up out of nowhere. Either way, the shop has been a landmark for years, so any hint of major changes gets people stirred up fast.

For now, it’s all unconfirmed chatter — but the conversation is growing, and fans are watching closely to see if anything real comes out of it.
