The GI JOE carrier was so cool
No, the first cartridge based video game was the Fairchild Channel F, designed by Jerry Lawson. It was released a year before Atari's VCS. It just didn't have the name brand recognition that Atari already had. It was a better system, with a controller that was decades ahead of it's time.

First car I learned how to drive stick was a DeLorean in the early 90s. I worked for a shop that fixed DeLoreans.the owner of that shop now OWNS DeLorean in Texas. He is from Liverpool England.
