I have watched the show and several videos from this channel. I can probably say Rick’s script
*item owner enters the shop and explain the item/s
*funny/unfunny Rick’s line then a breathy laugh
*Rick tell a story or explain the history about the item
*initial offer
*call an expert to determine if the stuff if legit or not
*offer a price
It’s amazing how fcking stupid these customers are. Appraiser/Expert says an item is worth $40k, they still say they want $40k, knowing they’re asking for that in a pawn shop. Maybe it’s scripted but do they have to really let these people look that stupid? Literally none of these people seem to realize how pawn shops work when you try to sell them something. Ridiculous

Save us from people who hear something is 'worth' … and then ask for exactly that. Do they really imagine the pawn shop owner is doing this for love of them? I don' know how they've got through life without understanding apparently anything.
