I follow a couple auctions in my area that periodically get these in, but they only occasionally have a compartment or two still inside. Mostly they are completely empty because they've been repurposed to store blankets, pillows, quilts, etc. The auctions never get trunks like this that are complete, with all compartments.

This chest is beautiful and well crafted. My luggage, however, broke on the very first trip.
Hopefully one day the History Channel will rebroadcast American Restoration with Rick Dale.
