Rick gives his offer for and item which is almost always less than half it's worth and says I think it's a fair offer this way we are both happy I get your property for less than half it's worth and you go home with a lot less than you should. I don't see how that makes the both happy?😊

I like what she said about inscriptions making books more valuable. Note to self, if I ever write a book, I'll make sure to include inscriptions and my signature for the first 30 signed books.
