Rick dodged a bullet with the Wright blueprints. If there’s a”few copies in existence, which there well may be, or someone with electronic version of the plans that could print them on paper from that time, those wouldn’t be worth that much.

There are always many blueprints of a buiding project, not only one set. The price he asked is to high. Only the original drawings are gold, not a blueprint.
