Man, is wearing a WWII uniform possibly considered Stolen Valor? I fully know that wearing it on Halloween seems perfectly fine, but is it on a fine line of technicality? As in, if he was to wear it on a tuesday in May, would that be Stolen Valor? Or is the fact that its WWII and so old and not used anymore totally fine? Im wagering its totally fine, especially to wear in a non-malicious manner, but I'm curious as to the actual legal implications.
The hiroshima bomb was just so terribly tragic. Obviously the immense loss of life was just beyond comprehension, but it was also justified. Not the destruction, but the retaliation. We were getting them back, and we tested an unknown bomb on them. No one had any clue it would be that devastating. Of course, in hindsight, it wasn't justified, as in there's no way that amount of destruction and loss of life was worth what they did to Pearl Harbor, but again we had no clue. This boggles my mind honestly.
